Key Features & Benefits
32 Levels of Adjustable Resistance
With 32 resistance levels, the Flo Stride lets you make smaller adjustments to workout difficulty as your training progresses. Use lighter settings for steady cardio or increase resistance for more demanding sessions.
Multiple Built-In Workout Programs
Choose from a range of built-in workout options, including a manual program, preset training routines, three heart rate control programs and a body fat program.
These options allow you to move between self-paced workouts and structured training sessions, giving you greater flexibility to tailor your cardio routine to your fitness goals.
Kinomap App Connectivity
Connect to the compatible Kinomap app for interactive workout experiences. This gives you another way to add variety to your routine beyond the elliptical's built-in training programs.
LED Console with Workout Tracking
The LED display provides feedback on time, distance, resistance level, calories and pulse, along with RPM, speed and watt readings. Use these measurements to follow your sessions and compare your training over time.

The front-drive, belt-driven system is designed to provide a smooth, natural elliptical stride, supporting comfortable, low-impact cardio training without the repeated foot strikes associated with running.
A built-in tablet holder keeps your device within reach, while two transport wheels make repositioning the machine more convenient.
For a dedicated workout area, explore equipment mats to find a suitable option for your flooring and machine dimensions.
