Where is Orbit Fitness Hire available?

Orbit Fitness Hire is currently available within the Perth metropolitan area only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer Hire interstate or outside our Perth Metro delivery area at this time.

Do I need a PayPal account to hire equipment from Orbit?

Yes. A PayPal account is required for all Orbit Fitness Hire contracts, as your monthly subscription payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Is delivery and pickup included with my hire?

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are included as part of your hire subscription, so there’s no need to visit an Orbit store to collect or return your equipment. We’ll organise it for you.

What if I want to keep my equipment or upgrade at the end of my hire?

Love the equipment you’ve been using? You may be able to purchase your hire equipment or level up to a new product at a discounted price. Simply contact our team at sales@orbitfitness.com.au and we’ll talk you through the options available.

Will I always receive the exact model I selected?

We’ll always aim to supply the equipment you selected. However, Hire equipment is subject to availability, and occasionally we may need to offer an alternative model. If this happens, our team will contact you before your hire is fulfilled to discuss the available options.
