3-in-1 Strength Training System
The OBB9011B brings multiple strength training functions together in one home gym setup.
It combines:
-
Power Rack – for compatible free-weight barbell exercises using the included J-hooks and safety arms
-
Smith Machine – for guided barbell movements using the integrated Smith bar
-
Functional Trainer – for cable-based strength exercises using the dual assembly
This combination allows you to move between free-weight, guided bar and cable exercises without needing three separate strength machines.
39kg Weight Stack with 1:2 Weight Ratio
**The functional trainer uses a 39kg weight stack with a 1:2 weight ratio on the single functional handle.**
The pin-loaded stack allows resistance to be adjusted between cable exercises without manually loading and unloading weight plates.
A specially designed top plate fitted with two weight horns allows you to add Olympic weight plates to increase the total load from the 39kg weight stack up to approximately 200kg, with up to 160kg of additional Olympic weight plates.
The weight horns also give you greater control over smaller resistance increases. Instead of being limited to the standard 6kg weight stack increments, fractional Olympic plates such as 1.25kg, 2.5kg or 5kg plates can be added to fine-tune the resistance.
**Olympic weight plates and clips are sold separately.**
The functional trainer dual assembly expands the range of upper-body, lower-body and core exercises that can be incorporated into your home strength workouts.
Integrated Smith Machine
The built-in Smith machine provides a guided bar path for compatible strength exercises.
Safety hooks, a safety catch and drop protection buffers provide integrated support when using the Smith bar, while the rack's multiple training positions allow the system to be configured for different movements.
Power Rack with J-Hooks & Safety Arms
For free-weight barbell training, the OBB9011B includes:
- 2 × J-hooks
- 2 × safety arms
The rack provides 10 adjustment levels, allowing the J-hooks and safety components to be positioned for different exercises and training setups.
This adds free-weight training capability alongside the integrated Smith machine and functional trainer.
Chin-Up Bar & Torsonator Attachment
The integrated chin-up bar adds bodyweight pulling exercises to the rack.
A torsonator attachment provides an additional option for compatible barbell exercises, expanding the system beyond conventional rack, Smith machine and cable movements.
Integrated Olympic Weight Plate Storage
The OBB9011B includes six Olympic weight plate holders, providing dedicated storage for compatible Olympic plates directly on the rack.
This helps keep weight plates organised and accessible around your strength training area.
Weight plates are not listed as included with the base OBB9011B rack and should be purchased separately where required.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame
The OBB9011B is constructed from heavy-duty 60 × 60 × T2.0mm steel frame and has a listed maximum load of 200kg.
The rack measures:
131cm L × 123cm W × 218cm H
Before purchasing, check the available floor space and ceiling height in your training area. Allow additional clearance around the rack for exercises, weight plates, barbells and accessories.
**Extend Your Training Setup**
Get more from your OBB9011B by pairing it with an Olympic weight set and adjustable bench.
Additional Olympic plates allow you to increase the functional trainer resistance beyond the standard 39kg weight stack, while an adjustable bench opens up even more strength training options across the power rack, Smith machine and functional trainer.
**Olympic weight plates, clips and adjustable bench are sold separately. Ask our team about available package options.**
