Commercial Grade Strength Training at Home
Transform your training space with the Inspire Fitness SF6 Smith Functional Trainer an all in one strength system combining a selectorised Smith machine, functional trainer and adjustable pull up station within one streamlined footprint.
Designed for serious home training and light commercial environments, the SF6 lets you move seamlessly between traditional strength exercises and dynamic cable movements. Its patented selectorised Smith bar connects directly to the weight stacks, eliminating the need to load and unload weight plates between sets.
A built in weight multiplier delivers up to 150kg of Smith bar resistance, while six smooth cable pulleys and 30 vertical adjustment positions provide the versatility required for effective full body workouts.
Three Training Stations in One
Selectorised Smith Machine
The patented quick change Smith bar connects directly to the weight stacks, allowing resistance to be adjusted using a simple selector pin. Its guided movement provides additional stability for exercises including squats, lunges, presses and rows.
Functional Cable Trainer
Six pulleys including two upper, two lower and two wide adjustable swivel pulleys support a broad range of unilateral, bilateral and functional exercises. The 30 vertical pulley positions make it easy to adjust the cable height for different movements and users.
Adjustable Pull Up Station
The integrated multi grip pull up bar features a diamond knurled grip and three height settings, helping users perform pull ups, chin ups and other bodyweight exercises with confidence.
