The GDIB46L Body Solid PowerCenter Combo Bench is a six-position flat/incline/decline bench, a 90o shoulder press bench and seated leg developer all in one. The height of the weight bar cradle can be adjusted using sturdy telescopic uprights and the extra thick ultra-comfortable DuraFirm™ seat and back pads can be adjusted quickly using a safety pull pin. (Weight plates, bar and collars not included.)

Use the Leg Extension for Lower Body Exercise Routines

The six-roller leg extension/leg curl station is an integral part of the GDIB46L Body Solid PowerCenter Combo Bench and allows the user to strengthen knee, calf, thigh, hamstring and buttock muscles in a seated or lying position. Fits standard plates, Olympic sleeve adapter available SOLD SEPARATELY.
