It's easy to to develop your back, chest, arm and core muscles by taking advantage of the multitude of exercises available on this multi grip chin-up bar. namely the the wide grip, reverse grip, close grip, and hammer grip. Furthermore, by performing a variety of hanging crunches the chin-up bar allows you to effectively target different areas of your abdomen, including the always hard to access lower core.
Power Band Resistance Bars
Add our weight lifting bands to intensify your weight training. Strength training with bands amplifies results while placing minimal stress on joints. At the weakest point in your range of motion (normally starting position) the powerlifting bands apply minimal tension. Then, as you extend through your rep (during eccentric contraction) the powerlifting band’s ascending resistance increases gradually. This compliments your muscles as they increasingly exert more force while contracting.
