The adidas Fitness X-21FD front drive cross trainer delivers an exceptionally smooth and stable elliptical motion with its 12 kg (26.4 lb) flywheel and rear roller mechanism. Customise your workout intensity by selecting one of the 24 electronic resistance levels and adjusting the 5 levels of incline to target additional muscle groups and create a greater challenge.

With 12 pre-set fitness programs and the ability to create and store 4 custom workouts, the X-21FD’s console offers variety to keep your fitness routine engaging and motivating. Enhance your training by syncing the X-21FD with Kinomap (AVUS-10511BT model only) for a range of challenges, scenic motion videos, and multiplayer competitions with friends.

The LCD screen keeps you updated on your progress with live performance metrics including speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts, RPM, and resistance. Integrated hand pulse sensors provide accurate heart rate data.

Complete with built-in speakers and Bluetooth connectivity, the X-21FD wirelessly connects to your tablet and smartphone, allowing you to power your workouts with music or entertain yourself with movies and shows.

With a 46 cm (18”) stride length and fully adjustable footplates, the X-21FD accommodates users of all heights. Fitted with NRG Tech cushioned footplates and dual-action & fixed handlebars, the X-21FD supports various workout positions, promoting better form, reduced strain, and maximum comfort. The solid build quality supports users up to 150 kg (330 lbs).
