The adidas Fitness X-21FD front drive cross trainer delivers an exceptionally smooth and stable elliptical motion with its 12 kg (26.4 lb) flywheel and rear roller mechanism. Customise your workout intensity by selecting one of the 24 electronic resistance levels and adjusting the 5 levels of incline to target additional muscle groups and create a greater challenge.

The X-21FD offers 12 pre-set programs and 4 custom workouts, plus Kinomap compatibility (AVUS-10511BT model) for real-world routes, challenges, and multiplayer competitions. The LCD console tracks live metrics like speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, watts, RPM, and resistance, while hand pulse sensors provide accurate heart rate data.

Featuring a 46 cm (18") stride length and adjustable footplates with NRG Tech cushioning, the X-21FD ensures comfort and reduces strain. The dual-action & fixed handlebars offer versatile workout positions, while the 24 levels of resistance and 5 incline settings cater to all fitness levels.
