Eliminates the Need for Free Weight Plates

The Linear Bearing Smith machine engages the twin pin select weight stacks eliminating the need for messy weight plates while significantly reducing the floor space required. With a simple click, you can change your functional trainer into a heavy duty smith machine with extra safety and support. As the user drops the bar down to the position they want, they rotate the bar so it locks in place and then continue to perform their exercise. The bar can be used to do all of Smith bench presses, incline, shoulder, declines, squats, upright rows, and many more exercises can be done with the Functional and the Smith Machine.  

If the weight is not enough the innovative weight multiplier feature doubles to maximum resistance to accommodate heavy lifters

8 Pull Point Functional Trainer

One of the unique design feature of the FT2 is the groundbreaking 8 pull point functional trainer. Offering dual wide pulleys with 32 “1 click” height adjustments,  to narrow high centre pulleys, and 4 low centre pulleys.

Smith Machine Weight Bar

By selecting a manageable weight from the weight stacks, the following exerising can be performed using the smith machine functionality

Chest presses, Seated Military Press, Upright / Bent over rows, Squats, and Calf raises.

Dual Wide Pulleys

With the adjustable pull point in the wide position the user can do cable crossovers, shoulder press, rear deltoid, wide late pulldown, tricep pushdowns / core rotation and abdominal crunches 

These are adjustable and can drop down to a low position where the user can do chest flys, shoulder presses, lateral raise, front deltoid, bicep curls, inner / outer thigh and glute kicks.

Top Center Pulleys

The pull points can be moved to a higher position to do Lat pulldowns . 

4 Low Center Pulleys.

Allows the user different areas to do either seated rows where they can sit on the ground or sit on a bench, sit on an exercise ball to do different rows.

With the addition of the bench, Leg extensions/curls can be performed.

Pull Up Bar

Pull-up bar is adjustable in height to accommodate low ceiling height

Perform your Pull-ups, Chin-ups and Vertical Knee Raise. 

Space Saving

 At only 1.5 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep this space saving corner design can fit in most Australian family homes.
