The GFID31 is one of the most flexible flat/incline/decline exercise benches available today. Both the six position ladder style back pad and the eight position seat are quick and easy to adjust providing a tremendous number of optional positions to suit a wide range of exercises.

Sit Ups and Ab Crunches in Total Comfort

The eight position seat pad adjustment allows users of all sizes to achieve bent knee sit ups and ab crunches with excellent lower back support and hip flexor alignment. The thickly upholstered knee support and T-bar leg hold down attachment enhance the element of comfort when the bench is in the high incline position.
