Important: The bungees on this new product may feel tight at first and will take 2–3 weeks of regular use to stretch and settle around the frame. Slight movement during this time is normal.Use the provided tool to attach the bungees — do not attempt by hand.

Health Benefits

Rebounding is a low impact cardio alternative to running / jogging. Jumping has less impact on your bones and joints compared to running. The rebounding method helps those individuals with issues or strains in ankles, knees and hips. The "bounce" slows impact from the downward force storing it as potential energy, which is then released as kinetic energy to propel the jumper upward. The elasticated bungee cord acts as a suspension spring heavily reducing impact compared to dropping heavy steps onto solid ground. Together with the improved, lower friction, half circle bungee housing the new rebounder is double the durability of the previous model.

The foldable handle bar allows peace of mind with increased safety and additional stability for the user.

Sturdy Construction

The thick steel tubing offers great frame stability and strength, accomodating users up to a maximum weight of 100kg. Combined with a UV treated nylon mat, this is a trampoline built to last.

Accessories Included

The Rebounder includes 2 x 0.5kg sand bag ankle weights and a long, pilates resistance band so you can add challenging variations to your rebounder routine.
