Important: The bungees on this new product may feel tight at first and will take 2–3 weeks of regular use to stretch and settle around the frame. Slight movement during this time is normal.Use the provided tool to attach the bungees — do not attempt by hand.

Rebounding is a low impact cardio alternative to running / jogging. Jumping has less impact on your bones and joints compared to running.
