Water Resistance

Consistent through the stroke, bungee recoil saves your stroke as potential energy, which it uses to retract the handle. The harder you row, the more it resists. Water and impeller blades are housed in a strong yet see through polycarbonate tank. Syphon for easy filling and water tablets included to keep your water clean and looking great all year.

Ergonomics

The padded, contoured seat is ergonomically designed for comfort and stability, its non slip surface works great in conjunction with the quality wheels, bearings and castors, making the glide of the seat super smooth, on an attractive wooden Ash carriage. The ergonomic handle with nylon belt is designed to give you a comfortable, non slip grip without compromising control or strength.

LCD Console

The RO3 LCD console has all the readouts you may need, Times, Distance, Watt, Calories, Strokes per minute. Fully tilt the display to the perfect position, compatible with wireless heart monitors, like chest straps, sold separately.

Footplates

The height adjustable foot plates feature a supportive heel capture and adjustable straps for the perfect positioning of your feet. Quick and easy to adjust for multiple users, its perfect for yourself or to share with the family/household.

Frame Construction

Ethically sourced American Ash frame with high quality steel rails, making the Hydrostroke strong and durable, attractive, but also easy to clean and maintain.
