The Align-Pilates Head and Neck Pillow is for use with all Align-Pilates Reformers

The NECK Pillow is designed to support the natural curve of your neck while you perform most reclined (lying on back) pilates reformer exercises, this pillow provides comfort, support and postural augmentation.

Versatile

The NECK pillow can also be used for floor exercises and is ideal for elevating the head to reduce neck strain, increasing breathing capacity and better placement for the upper back.

Please Note

The support pillow should never be used during an exercise where your hips lift off the carriage.
