Biomechanical Design

The angled hip and chest pads on the Prone Leg Curl ensure correct alignment of the exerciser’s knee with the pivot point to maximise comfort while isolating the hamstring.

Extended Upper Body Pad

The elbow pad has been removed, and the length of the upper body pad is extended, so that the exerciser can stabilise the torso part more comfortably.
