The included safety strap is specifically designed to prevent the swing through bar from swinging down dangerously under tension, particularly when it is sprung from underneath and the user is lying beneath it. It is not designed to support full body weight or withstand isometric or bodyweight exercises. For safety, do not stand, sit, kneel, swing, or hang from the swing-through bar, as these activities could cause injury and may result in liability for the instructor.
