COVID-19 Delivery Information
Yes, we are still able to provide contactless delivery to customers who are in lockdown / self-isolation but we must follow guidelines to protect our staff and members of the community. Following recent government and health guidelines, we have implemented additional measures with our delivery drivers, service technicians and retail staff for delivery of equipment and boxed parcels. If you are in self-isolation due to overseas travel, infection or have been in contact with an infected person - you must notify our delivery co-ordinator of this before we attend your home, as we may need to reschedule your appointment to take measures that minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
In line with the above we are now offering a ‘contactless’ delivery option to your doorstep, where we will notify you when we have delivered your order but remain nearby to ensure you receive it. It will be your responsibility to move the item into your house/apartment. We are able to arrange delivery of both new boxed items (Australia Wide), and assembled rental products (Metro Perth, Mandurah & Bunbury) to our customers door-step. Please be aware that a non-assembled product in a large box could be challenging to get it into the house by yourself and will take in some cases more than one person to do this safely.

Orbit offers range of shipping options at checkout based on the cubic weight of the order & the lowest rates offered by our various carriers at that time.
Standard Delivery Time:
Items typically leave within 2-3days of payment processing. Delivery is normally made within 1-7days of despatch but please allow up to 14 days from receiving your confirmation of despatch email.
All items are delivered flat packed and require assembly. If you require assembly/installation please click here or call 6241 3050 to obtain a quote for delivery & installation to your postcode. Please note we can only provide domestic installation service to customers in metro Perth, metro mandurah, and bunbury to busselton.
For heavier items, if the customer is not available to assist the driver and the customers delivery location has access difficulties, the shipping company may need to use a truck with a tailgate. This may incur an extra charge that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. However we do our best to avoid these situations. • Delivery is to front door, ground level only. The Impulse Encore ECT7 Commercial Treadmill has a Speed Range up to 20 Km/H with 15 Levels of Incline and is Built to the Highest Quality
Featuring a 3HP AC motor, the Impulse Encore Commercial Treadmill allows the unit to run smoothly under all user conditions. Horse power is optimum for running a commercial environment, especially when user weights will vary.
Incline Range
The Impulse Encore Commercial Treadmill boasts a 0 - 15% grade incline. This means at the maximum incline of 15%, for every 100 meters run the user will climb 15 meters. The wide range of incline suits both beginners and elite runners.
Speed Range
Ranging from 1 Km/H to 20 Km/H, this unit will accomodate every user need. From walking and jogging (8 - 12 Km/H) to sprinting and interval training (16 - 20 Km/H).
Multiple Window Display Console
The 6 window (LED) and 1 dot matrix (LED) display clearly feeds back valuable information to the user. The multiple window display allows for different information to be displayed simultaneously, giving the user a richer workout experience and limiting the amount of time the user spends interacting with the console.
Large Running Belt
The large 51cm wide by 153cm long running area allows users to progress from walking to running and sprinting safely and is built to accomodate high intensity workouts. The large running area will accomodate all sizes of gym users up to 6'8" and 160kg in weight.
